Apostille & document authentication

Documents bound for use in Hague-convention countries — and many that aren't — require an apostille from the issuing state. Virginia issues apostilles through the Secretary of the Commonwealth in Richmond. We hand-walk your documents through, sparing you weeks of mail turnaround.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Virginia was an early adopter of remote online notarization, and the law has held up. RON sessions happen entirely over secure audio-video, with knowledge-based identity verification and a tamper-evident e-seal. Recognized in all 50 states.

Virginia statutory cap is $25 per electronic notarial act. $25 first act + $10 each additional.
